Ecoquest has added some great new products over the last few years. The newest is Laundry Pure.  You simply attach it to the wall over the washer and run your cold water hose into it and then out to the washer.  You  won't need laundry soap anymore because it washes with silver oxide ions and some other techy stuff.  All I know is that my laundry is soft and smells good and I wash everything in cold water. Oh, yeah sometimes the whites need a little boost, so I use warm water and the laundry pure and some enzyme action but the results are pretty cool. My grandson has exzyma and we do his laundry here because the soap irritates his skin.  The towels are fluffy and soft because there's no soap to mat them down and dull the colors. So now I launder, bathe and drink and cook with purified water.  Water that does it's job; water that I like to drink and that tastes good.  My kids don't care about any of that, though. They just know it tastes good and they drink it. A lot of it.
